Receive a tax credit for current year donation
Under Arizona law (ARS43-1088.G.2) the Leukemia Foundation of Arizona (LFA) is recognized as serving the working poor.

If you qualify, it is possible to receive a Full tax credit of up to $200 or $400 (married filing joint) for donating to LFA.

Giving through United Way
If you contribute to the Valley of the Sun or Mesa United Way you can designate your donation to LFA by indicating our number 191395 on your pledge form or you can specify us by name.

Employer Matching Gift Program
You may be able to double your gift to LFA though your company’s Matching Gift Program. Many employers offer to match your gifts as a way to encourage their employees to support charitable organizations. Please check with your Human Resources department to find out if your company offers this opportunity.

Unless a donor requests otherwise, or we are required by law to do so, we will not disclose the dates, specific purpose or amounts of any donation to third parties. LFA does not sell, distribute or make available its mailing list to any individual, group or entity for any purpose.

When LFA uses the services of third parties who must access our records, they are required to affirm that they are aware of and will comply with this policy.
