Calling All Campers

* If you are age 7 to 14 and either currently have or have had cancer, you are invited to attend Camp Alphie.
* It's free, and you can bring your brother or sister!
* Plus you can send your mom and dad to free Parents Camp.
* At Camp Alphie, our focus is on fun!
* We understand how important it is to think, talk, laugh and play like kids-with kids. That's just what you'll get to do during the six days of Camp Alphie.

Camp Alphie is Cool

* If you meet the eligibility requirements for Camp Alphie, you can join us.
* We don't limit the camp to specific states.
* Campers typically come from all over Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma since these states are closest to the camp.
* Camp Alphie is held at Ceta Canyon Methodist Camp south of Amarillo, near Canyon, Texas.
* Its modern, comfortable dormitories, dining hall, chapel, swimming pool and other recreational facilities are perfect for Camp Alphie campers.

Kids Camp

* July 19 - 24, 2009.
* Camp Alphie is about the neatest camp you could ever imagine! Campers arrive on Sunday afternoon and live at camp until Friday's closing ceremony after lunch.
* Count on fun-filled, kid-friendly days and nights in between.
* There are normally between 35 and 45 campers and all are between the ages of 7 and 14.
* In addition, the best camp directors and counselors you can imagine volunteer their time to make your Camp Alphie experience one to remember.
* Most of the counselors are college students, including some who are cancer survivors.
